Detoxify the body. But how can I detox my body? Begin with a detox diet at the end of the week. The detoxification diet can be started when you do not have too many things to do.

Take walks of at least 15 minutes a day. The detoxification of the body involves drinking at least 4 pints of water per day – purified, distilled, filtered or bottled. You can also drink dandelion coffee or herbal teas. Water is the key to cleansing your body. So make sure you get enough water each and every day.

250 ml of juice a day – are recommended to detoxify and eliminate unwanted pounds with carrot or apple juice (you can buy them separately and then combine them with one third water) with ginger root or fresh watermelon juice. The core of the watermelon is rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C. The seeds are rich in vitamin E and antioxidant minerals zinc and selenium. You can prepare an antioxidant cocktail by mixing both the core and seeds in a blender.

We recommend that you eat these foods in large quantities to help detox your body:

Fruit – fresh apricots, all berries, melons, citrus, kiwi, papaya, peach, mango, watermelon and black grapes.

Vegetables – artichokes, peppers, beetroot, Brussels sprout, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, watercress the pond, beans and seeds.

Eat moderate to detoxify the body:

Cereals – brown rice, corn, millet, quinoa, not more than twice a day

Fish – salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, no more than a day.

Oil – used extra-virgin olive oil instead of butter for cooking and cold pressed oils for sauces

Nuts and seeds – a hand full a day, raw and unsalted. Choose from almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame and flax.
