The Many Fantastic Uses for Tea Tree Shampoo

by Flemin on March 13, 2010

When people think of tea tree shampoo, they think of it as a remedial type of product but nothing could be farther from the truth. Tea tree is a great product for many people regardless of them having scalp problems. I personally have a great many uses for tea tree shampoo, and on my head is only the one of them. I like an all natural, organic hair care product and I buy in bulk, tea tree shampoo is a huge part of my life and here is why it should be a huge part of yours.

Pet Use

Surprisingly enough, tea tree shampoo does a great job on dog coats. I have been using this on my Shih Tzu for almost a decade, as the breed is prone to skin issues and tea tree does wonders for keeping them itch free and happy. They love how it feels after the bath is over, it makes them spell fresh and clean for a great long while, and for some reason the fleas just hate it, and it works great for keeping fleas out of the coat for about a week or two. Long haired dogs do benefit from weekly baths in it, and the coat will be super shiny and very soft to touch. Give it a try on your pet and see if the result doesn’t just blow your mind.

Use On Humans

I love the way tea tree shampoo feels on my scalp, very few products make me feel as fresh and clean as this one does and even though I don’t have any scalp issues to be dealing with I still just love the way it feels and smells. Finding a good brand is something you are going to have to just sit down and trial and error through. I have found that there can be a serious difference between the varieties of products out there, ranging from really superb to truly terrible. You will just have to find the right product for your needs and make sure when you do that you are willing to pay for it, tea tree products in general are not usually cheap and getting a good one always means paying for it. There is no free lunch, and in the world of hair this is especially true. Good stuff costs money and that is all there is too it.
