Full Comprehensive Car Insurance – Have You Got It?

by Flemin on July 25, 2010

Once you get back from work in the early evening, you leave your car in your parking lot and drive home just like any other daily routine. A storm comes and washes over the neighborhood for a few hours and when you get up in the morning, you find your car crushed by a tree. What are you going to do? Well you can reach into your pocket and see if you still have the car’s documents. Great, at least you got the papers but what does it say?

You would either smile or not if you find out that such particular damage is not covered in your car insurance policy. You’d probably pour your wrath on the poor tree whom had already a beating from mother nature. Or let us say you get out to your parking space and find your car already had some “design” to it authored by a vandal. It’s a good thing if you appreciate the new abstract art added but most likely you would be embarrassed to drive your car around town. You’d end up asking neighbors if they saw or heard something. This is the price to pay if you are not covered with comprehensive car insurance.

Now what if you do have full comprehensive car insurance? Still you are not pleased with the new artwork but the good news is you can cover up the damage because you wise enough to for the additional insurance, at least you are not empty handed in this unforeseen circumstance. Anyway, accidents are supposed to be unforeseen. But yes you can still sense the possibility that is why you agreed to pay for the insurance.

Having comprehensive car insurance is a practical thing since not all accidents or damages are caused by cars. You can be confident to own a car despite the risks. No worries? Maybe not.
